LUIS AND THE ALIENS directed by Christoph & Wolfgang Lauenstein and Sean McCormack, a Fabrique d'Images co-production, has been nominated in the following category for Feature Films : Best Character Animation.

Created in 2015, the European Animation Awards reward the animation industry throughout 40 countries in Europe.

The Emile Awards ceremony will be held on December 8th 2018 in Lille city centre (France) at the concert hall Le Nouveau Siècle (The New Century) to ward the skills of European professionals. All EAA members will be granted a right to watch the nominated films and vote in all the categories.

Emile Awards aim to be considered as the highest animation film honor in Europe, similar to the famous Annie Awards in the US, which deeply inspired it. A total of 17 trophies will be awarded to various areas of animated production.
