5th Luxembourg Filmprize Awards!

The 5th edition of the Luxembourg Film Prize took place on 9 March 2012 in Mondorf-les-Bains, Luxembourg under the patronage of the ministers in charge of the audiovisual sector, François Biltgen, minister of communications and media and Octavie Modert, minister of culture.

8 prizes were awarded : Best feature film, Best short film, Best documentary, best animated film, Best coproduction, Best technical and artistic contribution and a Young Talent Award.

Reminder: The Luxembourg Film Prize was created in 2003 to reward the best contributions in Luxembourg cinema, to showcase the works of quality, to promote the development of the national film industry and to draw public attention to Luxembourg’s productions and coproductions.

Palmarès du 5e Lëtzebuerger Filmpräis!

Le vendredi 9 mars 2012 a eu lieu la 5e édition du Lëtzebuerger Filmpräis au Chapito by Casino 2000 à Mondorf-les-Bains.

La cérémonie a eu lieu sous le haut patronage des ministres de tutelle du secteur de l’audiovisuel du Luxembourg, François Biltgen, ministre des Communications et des Médias, et Octavie Modert, ministre de la Culture.

8 prix ont été attribués: prix du meilleur film luxembourgeois, prix du meilleur court-métrage, prix de la meilleure animation, prix de la meilleure coproduction, prix de la meilleure contribution technique et artistique, prix du meilleur documentaire et le prix du Jeune espoir.

Pour rappel: Le Lëtzebuerger Filmpräis a été créé en 2003 afin de récompenser les meilleures contributions au cinéma luxembourgeois, afin de mettre en valeur les œuvres de qualité, d’encourager la création cinématographique, de favoriser le développement de l’industrie du film au Luxembourg et d’attirer l’attention du public sur les productions luxembourgeoises.

5. Luxemburger Filmpreis

Die 5. Ausgabe des Luxemburger Filmpreis hat am 9. März 2012 in Mondorf-les-Bains, Luxemburg, unter der Schirmherrschaft der Minister verantwortlich für den audiovisuellen Sektor, François Biltgen, Minister für Kommunikation und Medien und Octavie Modert, Kulturministerin.

8 wurden Preise wurden vergeben, Bester Spielfilm, Bester Kurzfilm, Bester Dokumentarfilm, Bester Animationsfilm, Beste Koproduktion, Bester technischer und künstlerischen Beitrag sowie ein Nachwuchspreis.

Zur Erinnerung: Der Luxemburg Filmpreis wurde 2003 geschaffen um die besten luxemburger Beiträge fürs Kino zu belohnen, um Werke von Qualität zu präsentieren, um die Entwicklung der nationalen Filmindustrie zu fördern und um die Öffentlichkeit aufmerksam auf die Luxemburger Produktionen und Koproduktionen zu machen.
